Ashenvale, Night Elf camp.

Inside a specially built warehouse, sturdy wooden crates were piled one after another. Tyrande, High Priestess of Moon Goddess Elune and commander-in-chief of the elven forces, was inspecting them with her guards.

She opened a large crate to reveal it filled to the brim with gold coins and golden artifacts. Casually stirring the coins, she asked the official in charge of the treasury beside her, "The number of coins is correct, right? Did you count them yourself?"

"Reporting to the High Priestess, I personally verified them all. The amount is sufficient!" the treasury officer answered respectfully.

"Then transport them to Theramore as soon as possible and hand them over to Jaina." Tyrande looked painfully at the room full of gold.

"Yes!"

As they spoke, someone entered from outside. He was dressed as a Druid, with green hair—Fandral Staghelm, Malfurion's disciple. He glared furiously at Tyrande and loudly accused her, "This is the gift you're sending the Orcs?"

"Fandral, this is merely to pay for the food of our captured brothers and sisters, so they can regain their freedom sooner." Tyrande did not mind his accusatory tone and patiently explained. She knew Fandral's attitude was about to become even harsher.

"Food expenses?" Fandral's voice was full of anger. "What kind of food requires this much gold? You are betraying us Night Elves."

"Oh? Then what do you think I should do?" Tyrande was curious what brilliant idea this disciple of her husband's had come to offer, so she deliberately let him speak.

"Never compromise, never retreat, never surrender!" Fandral ground out those empty slogans through clenched teeth.

Clap! Clap! Tyrande could not help applauding. "Very good, excellent! Now walk five hundred meters forward. The Orcs' defensive line is right there. Go attack them immediately!"
