The matter of the Blackrock Orcs had been resolved, and a weight had been lifted from Deren's mind. Those guys were incredibly tough; if Ogres had not been even tougher and the elves had grenades, they might have gotten away.

Using the payment they had received, King Gordok's Ogres settled into a secluded corner of Theramore. Gordok himself had plenty of ideas and got along well in Theramore. He sent his men to carry heavy loads, and in that line of work alone, no other race could compete with them.

There had originally been Ogres who tried to slack off and cut corners, but when they saw that the city patrols were all Elf Rangers who could toss explosive grenades, they immediately behaved themselves. They had seen elves and their boss throw smoking chunks of metal that blew Orcs to pieces.

The Goblin guild also had plenty of jobs that needed Ogres as intimidating muscle. Thus, King Gordok's men were doing quite well for themselves.

So when Deren walked down the street arm in arm with Stellagosa and saw several Ogres following Goblins out to haul cargo, he was not surprised.

The young Blue Dragon took another look at the new races that had recently appeared in Theramore. She softly asked, "Deren, why did you have the time to go shopping with me today?"

Deren looked at the deadly dragon woman. How had he fallen so completely? He sighed. "If we keep coming out like this, people will notice. Oni will get suspicious too."

"So we need to change locations?" Stellagosa immediately caught his meaning.

"No, no, there's no need. Let's just go shopping normally." One of Deren's hands was tucked into the Blue Dragon girl's embrace, while the other carried a stack of shopping bags. He had no time
