"Another descendant of Tobirama, I see." The Third Mizukage stood on the head of a clay dragon, looking indifferently at the figure with half his clothes burnt off.

Minato Namikaze, blood trickling from his lips and his face pale, tore off the burning remnants of his robe with unsteady steps. He managed a weak smile and said, "I'm sorry, junior brother Bing San, I'm late!"

Minato pulled the remaining robe over himself, simply tying it around his injured shoulder. He clenched his right fist slightly, then turned to face the "Third Mizukage."

With a pale face, Minato said, "Lord Third Mizukage, bullying a child doesn't seem to fit your status!"

He then coughed a few times, blood dripping from his lips. It seemed his internal injuries were also quite severe.
