"Your Majesty?"
Lord Heisenberg spread his hands and teased lightly.
"This hasn't been an age of gods for a long time. There's no need for us to be as formal as before.
I'm Heisenberg. Call me whatever you like."
After saying that, Heisenberg smiled at Diana and the other two.
But to his surprise, only Superman nodded at him.
The other two were both racking their brains.
Diana was trying to remember whether she had ever heard the name Heisenberg. When she was little, her mother, Hippolyta, had told her many stories about the gods.
As for Bruce...
His thoughts were far more varied, ranging from nuclear bomb makers to drug dealers.
But after thinking it over and over, he realized he had never heard the name Heisenberg in any mythological text from Earth!
That left Bruce dissatisfied. Without knowing where Heisenberg's divine title came from, the investigation would naturally become more difficult.
He would have to make use of his computer.
Since he could not possibly do that on the spot, Bruce firmly stored the name Heisenberg in his memory palace, enlarging and bolding it countless times in the process.
At the same time, Clark asked Heisenberg a question.
"Is Heisenberg your only name?
I mean, I thought you and I shared the same surname."
At that question, Bruce pricked up his ears. Even Diana pursed her lips and waited for Heisenberg's answer.
Heisenberg merely shook his head indifferently.
"El is your family name. As the leader of the Academy of Sciences, El was a legacy, and nothing more than a family legacy.
But I..."
Heisenberg smiled.
"I broke free of my family's shackles long ago and raised myself to a far higher level!"
At that, Heisenberg gave Clark a mysterious look and asked softly.
