  • Ares crashed through the moving city of Athens, killing residents, and landed near the Spartan courtyard as Diana set out to confront him.

  • Spartan Warriors slaughtered the Helots after a group of them attempted to escape, while grief and unrest spread through Athens.
  • Medusa told Ling she would take Parthenon Fighters to help the Athenians, then led seventy-two fighters from the temple.
  • Medusa addressed the praying crowd, listened to their troubles, and sent the healthy residents home while promising aid from Athena’s fighters.

Poseidon demanded Medusa and threatened to drown Athens, prompting Athena and her warriors to resist him. As other gods arrived and began choosing sides, Hera and the goddesses moved to stop the conflict and prevent the Olympus pantheon from splitting.

  • Poseidon seized Medusa, but Tohru, the Libra Saint, defended her until his master White Dragon took his armor and ordered him to summon the other Zodiac Saints.
  • White Dragon confronted Poseidon over his changed treatment of humanity, while the six available Gold Saints gathered to face the sea god.

  • Artemis unleashed a seemingly endless rain of arrows at Hermes’s allied army, but Apollo’s music erased the arrows and rallied his soldiers.
  • Aphrodite’s dance turned warriors from both sides against their former allies, while Artemis kicked the captivated Apollo away from the battle.

Heisenberg ended his confrontation with Zeus at the request of Chaos and the Greek creator gods, then subdued Ares and Thor to restore peace in Olympus. Thor admitted he had come to show off his roast-lamb skills and summoned his goats.

Heisenberg abandoned his plans to interrogate Thor and joined him, Diana, Leonidas, and Heracles for a feast. On Olympus, Gaia ordered Zeus to commemorate his battle with Heisenberg as a friendship, while Nyx and Gaia condemned Zeus for failing to defeat him.

  • Thor insisted that he had come to Olympus for its cooking, then grilled ribs from his mounts over a lava pit.
  • Heisenberg shared Dwarven spirits with Thor and invited Diana, Leonidas, and Heracles to join the feast, where they ate and drank together.

Diana declared her loyalty to Heisenberg and looked forward to war, then kissed him as Heracles took the drunken Thor and Ares away.

  • Thor revived his goats after Heisenberg and the others ate them, then explained that Odin had sent him to scout Olympus and was already planning an invasion.

After the gods’ chaos subsided, Hera worked to finish a cloak for Heisenberg and sought Olympus’s sacred flames to enchant it. She obtained flames from Helios and Hestia, then prepared to approach Prometheus despite his hatred of the gods.

Ch. 420Prometheus

Hera freed Prometheus from most of his chains and gave him the chance to kill and eat the divine eagle that had tormented him for ages. After Prometheus learned Hera had come to borrow a small portion of the flame in his heart, he agreed to hear her request.

  • Prometheus recalled how he had defied Zeus to protect humanity, stole fire from Helios's sun chariot, and was condemned to have his liver eaten daily.
  • Hera arrived, covered Prometheus with a scarf, loosened most of his chains, and killed the divine eagle with her peacock.
  • Prometheus vented his long-held rage on the eagle, tore out its liver, and ate it before asking Hera why she had come.
  • Hera said she had come to borrow a small portion of the flame Prometheus had carried into the human world and promised to repay him for it.

Ch. 421Heisenberg's Thanks

Hera tried to persuade Prometheus to give her his flame, revealing that she loved Heisenberg and wanted the flame as a gift for him. Heisenberg arrived at the Caucasus Mountains and found Hera drunk beside Prometheus, whom he angrily demanded to identify himself.

  • Prometheus rejected Hera's request and declared that no one from Olympus deserved his flame.
  • Hera sat with Prometheus, sent her peacock to fetch Heisenberg, and offered to tell Prometheus about her love for Heisenberg.
  • Prometheus realized Hera truly loved Heisenberg, then warned her that giving him the flame could draw Zeus's attention and endanger her.
  • Hera confessed that she wanted Olympus's most precious flames as gifts for Heisenberg, and she and Prometheus drank together.
