Just then, a plume of white smoke suddenly shot up into the sky in the distance.
It quickly dropped back down, landing in the street not far from Clown Buggy.
After touching down, it rapidly gathered into a human shape.
At the sight of this, the people nearby panicked and fled from the port.
Smoker, a cigar dangling from his lips, paid no attention to their reaction.
His expression stern, he furrowed his brow and growled at the man with the red nose:
"Clown Buggy! You sneaked into Loguetown with so many people. What exactly are you planning?"
Buggy had been feeling rather flustered when he saw the White Hunter arrive, but the moment he heard those words, an idea came to him.
He immediately put on a confident air and said with a sinister grin,
