A gray-robed old man stood quietly in the distance, waiting.
"What is it?" A moment later, a slightly weathered voice came from within the Cave Mansion.
"Ye Fantian is still alive." The gray-robed old man waiting outside the Cave Mansion reported what had happened in the Heavenly Extremes Sacred Realm.
"So he really did survive?"
To the old man's surprise, the Heavenly Enlightenment Holy Lord inside the Cave Mansion responded as though he had already expected it.
"Had the Holy Lord already foreseen this?" the gray-robed old man asked in astonishment.
"When my spiritual avatar moved to Suppression Kill him back then, I already sensed the workings of fate."
"Ye Fantian bears tremendous fortune. Someone like him is difficult to kill; there are always strange ways for him to survive. His being alive doesn't surprise me," the Heavenly Enlightenment Holy Lord said.
"Then, Holy Lord, will you make a move?"
The gray-robed old man said, "Ming Huang Heavenly Venerate of Chaos Holy Land and War Emperor Tian Ye of the General Academy have already come in person. They hope Heavenly Enlightenment Sacred Land will join forces with them. They said that since Ye Fantian survived, we bear some responsibility too."
The Heavenly Enlightenment Holy Lord calmly replied, "Although he is no cause for concern, this matter does indeed have something to do with Heavenly Enlightenment Sacred Land."
"If they wish to join forces, then we shall. A talent like Ye Fantian, if he cannot be made to serve me, must be killed to eliminate future trouble."
