At these words, every being in the Chaos World began breathing hard. What an enormous span of cultivation realms!
Just how much had Beyond the Boundary prepared? How could they be so confident that they would launch battles across ten realms all at once?
The experts representing each world would face even greater pressure than in the first battle. With every defeat, the pressure on those fighting afterward would grow, and victory would become harder to secure!
The Thirty-Three Heavens accepted the challenge. Compared with the chaos of the first battle, this one would actually be relatively less bloody. At least fewer people would have to march to their deaths.
"I made a few changes to the rules of this second battle. Originally, I intended for the victors in each realm to become arena champions who could keep accepting their opponents' challenges. If they remained undefeated for ten or a hundred matches, the opposing side would have to surrender a portion of its territory."
The Primal Chaos Dao Lord chuckled. "But our world is looking out for the Thirty-Three Heavens. We don't intend to bully you that much."
"Your world is nothing but an old world clinging to its last breath. How many capable fighters can you still find? Bullying you is no fun."
"I must remind you that anyone who participated in the first battle cannot participate in the second."
"Since this is a contest of quality and reserves, what would be the point of always sending the same people into battle? Don't you agree?"
"Of course, if the Thirty-Three Heavens truly cannot produce ten people, I could make a concession and allow your world to choose one expert from the first battle to fight again."
