The warship cleaved through the starry sky.
Streams of light and rivers of stars flashed swiftly past on either side.
Hua Yunfei and Xia Qiuer stood at the prow of the warship, watching the stars continuously sweep past before their eyes. At last, Xia Qiuer asked, "Senior Brother, where are we going?"

"That is Beyond the Boundary. Why aren't you afraid?" Hua Yunfei smiled, his gaze gentle.
"Because it isn't frightening." Xia Qiuer said, "Compared to going Beyond the Boundary, Qiu'er has something she fears even more."
"Something you fear even more?" Hua Yunfei looked at her.
The tips of Xia Qiuer's ears reddened. She tried hard to raise her head and meet Hua Yunfei's eyes, gathering her courage as she said, "I'm more afraid of not being qualified to stay by Senior Brother's side..."
Hua Yunfei froze, then smiled and rubbed Xia Qiuer's head. "What foolish thing are you saying? There is no question of who is worthy of whom. Senior Brother has always thought you were outstanding. From the very first time I met you, I even planned to destroy you because of that."
Feeling the warmth on her head, Xia Qiuer recalled the past as well. "Looking back now, it was truly wonderful that I insisted on going to the Vast Universe back then."
