It was the finale. This was my first time writing a book, and honestly, I never imagined I could make it this far—writing so much and writing for so long, from March until today.

Since I was a newcomer, I had no real plan at first. I made an outline and just wrote within that framework, so this book had serious pacing problems, and the writing itself was a little rough.

Especially in the early parts, during Volume 3, the pacing was far too slow. It was practically on the verge of getting cut short. At first, the read-through numbers had been pretty good, but unfortunately, the pacing fell apart and nearly half the readers left.

Back then, before it was even put on sale, I wondered whether I should just drop it. But after all, it was my first book, and I still had over a hundred thousand words in reserve. Yes, I had written 150,000 words in advance before I started posting it.

So I felt it would be such a waste to drop it.

Later, when the early results were poor, I frantically released my backlog. By the time it barely made it onto paid release, I had posted nearly 300,000 words.

I was basically releasing ten thousand words a day. Damn, I was really impatient back then. It was my first time, and I had no experience in any aspect.

No matter what, I finished this book. Here, I have to thank those of you who subscribed, especially those who followed it to the end. Thank you. Every subscription was a reason I could keep going.
