After Bashe activated the ultimate countermeasure, he only had one minute left.
During that minute, Bashe watched every area of the Main base through the monitors. He wanted to take one last look at the Main base. Perhaps one of the camera feeds might reveal the enemy.
All the monitors and cameras used high-definition recording, and everything was clearly visible. Yet none of the monitors showed anyone. Perhaps there simply were not enough cameras here.
After all, the feeds connected here all came from hidden cameras. If they wanted footage from the regular cameras, even starting them now would take time. There was no time left.
So he would watch whatever he could. There was only one minute anyway!
Strangely enough, there had been nothing in front of the cameras before the Main base's destruction device was activated. But the moment it started, Bashe suddenly saw something!
A figure flashed across one of the video feeds at incredible speed!
The figure passed through the frame in an instant, and then the scene returned to normal. What was that? Could it be the enemy?
"Pull up the cameras ahead of that one! Hurry and see what that black shadow is!" Bashe shouted, his heart jolting.
"Yes!" This was where the technician's hand speed truly showed itself. Thirty years single—his hands were practically invisible. Within just a few seconds, the technician found other cameras and followed the figure. But because it was too fast and there were too few hidden cameras, they quickly lost track of it.
Still, even though they had lost the figure, they had seen enough to identify what it was!
That black shadow was a person, and undoubtedly a superhuman. It was far too fast. An ordinary person could never reach such speed.
"Dogshit!" Bashe was instantly frustrated
