Of course, turning their guns around was one thing, but Tra still cautiously called over two mercenaries and had them watch for any Black Beetles that slipped through.
If any Black Beetles came running over while they were happily attacking the Golden Armored Man, those things meant certain death the moment they touched someone. There were no other options.
Especially for mercenaries like them, a single bite meant they were dead. So while they had to follow orders, being careful was still better.
Sure enough, Tra's arrangement was not without reason. With the two mercenaries keeping watch, they still killed several stragglers. If those Black Beetles had crawled close, probably only a few of the dozen or so mercenaries would have survived.

Bullets and RPGs began flying toward the Golden Armored Man, but to everyone's astonishment, he completely ignored the bullets striking him!
The golden armor he wore only threw off a few sparks when bullets hit it before they ricocheted away. They were utterly useless.
The Golden Armored Man did not even cross his arms or use defensive runes on himself. He simply endured the bullets, and aside from the clanging sounds, they did not hurt him in the slightest.
When an RPG streaked through the air, trailing white smoke as it flew toward the Golden Armored Man, he merely swung an arm and collided with the warhead. Amid a thunderous blast, the smoke exploded, engulfing him completely.
But once the smoke cleared, everyone discovered that the Golden Armored Man had not even moved. Relying solely on his armor, he had withstood the explosion and impact of the warhead head-on. Even the explosive force of the RPG had failed to move him a single step!
"SHIT! That fellow's armor is fucking tough. We can't do
