Chen Mo felt immensely delighted.
Alien Energy was a tremendous tonic for him.
The main reason was that after the Universe Bead absorbed this energy, it could feed spiritual power back to him.
Moreover, the spiritual power it fed back was extremely purified, with no side effects whatsoever. It could be directly replenished into his Dantian, becoming part of his True Essence and increasing his strength.
Although the Universe Bead could not be taken out now, that did not mean it could not operate within his Dantian. The Qiankun Pearl had always been nurtured in his Dantian, so it could directly absorb the energy and then feed it back to him.
However, the Qiankun Pearl would not operate alongside his cultivation during this process. Thus, when it absorbed and fed back energy, a small portion might dissipate and turn into natural energy.
But that was only a tiny fraction, so Chen Mo did not feel bad about it.
During the earlier battle, the cloak's defenses had caused too little Alien Energy to dissipate. Furthermore, Chen Mo had not activated the array, so after the Alien Energy dispersed, he had not sensed anything.
But now that the array had been activated, its Composite Array included a Spirit Gathering Array, immediately gathering all the energy within the array and allowing its controller to sense it.
That was the key reason Chen Mo could now sense and absorb the Alien Energy. Though the dissipated Alien Energy was scarce, even a little of it was good stuff that could increase his True Essence.
He did not even need to cultivate. He only had to absorb it and send it into the Qiankun Pearl, then wait for it to feed him back.
When he had fought those Ability Users before, he
