As a high school teacher at the school, Li Jun was quite responsible in his teaching.
He cared deeply about the students in his class. Whether they excelled or struggled, he treated them equally, actively helping and urging them to study.
To help his students achieve good grades, he tirelessly graded homework every day, summarized every mistake in each student's work, and explained them in class. If anyone did not understand, he would explain it two or three times.
His proactive and responsible teaching attitude made students who wanted to learn enjoy his classes immensely.

To help underperforming students catch up with the coursework, he assigned them additional targeted exercises. For some special cases, he assigned even more homework.
Although there was a lot of homework, Li Jun graded it all one by one, marked the incorrect answers, and had the students correct them. This helped them grasp the knowledge points more firmly.
These were methods he had developed through teaching experience and actively put into practice.
However, every approach had its benefits and drawbacks. Some students with poor grades, faced with the heavier workload, would cut corners while doing homework or simply refuse to do or submit it.
Those students did not understand why Teacher Li Jun assigned so much homework, especially homework specifically aimed at them. It felt as though he was deliberately targeting them.
As a result, some students' conflicts with Li Jun deepened as their studies progressed and gradually came to the surface.
Especially when certain students failed to submit their homework
