Chen Mo did not have many seeds in his hands, only a little over a hundred.
So, he looked toward the cave where the Four-horned Lizard Snake was hiding. Though he could not see it, he knew that it was currently staying inside the cave and would not come out even if beaten to death.
But the Four-horned Lizard Snake would never have expected human hearts to be greedy. Since it had brought out more than a hundred seeds, it should have had even more of them.
Fortunately, Chen Mo still had some principles. Though they were few, he could not bring himself to storm the Four-horned Lizard Snake's home, kill it, and seize its belongings after already sparing it.
However, he had another idea. He still had plenty of beast pills. After refining them, Big Yellow and Big Gray had each taken a few, while the rest had remained unused in his Universe Bag. These pills were useful only to beasts.
Therefore, exchanging the beast pills in his possession for some seeds should not have been much of a problem.
Chen Mo had originally intended to dig up the roots of the Myriad Silver Silk Tree as well, but he no longer planned to do so. After all, he had already stored the branches from the entire tree in his Universe Bag. He could try taking cuttings from those branches later, and if that failed, he could simply plant the seeds.
After all, the Four-horned Lizard Snake had remained here because it and the Myriad Silver Silk Tree protected each other. Chen Mo did not want to destroy that ecology. Once he dug away the Myriad Silver Silk Tree's roots, there would no longer be any Myriad Silver Silk Tree here, and the Four-horned Lizard Snake would have no
