The Captain's rank was Captain.
"Sir! My name is Qiao! You can call me Qiao!" the Captain said.
"Alright, Qiao! I'm Karl! Those two are David and Nancy!" Karl smiled. Unlike some Ability Users, he showed no contempt toward Ordinary People. He had a fairly even temperament.
