After surviving the fall into a hidden space beneath the dark lake, Chen Mo treated his injuries and discovered a vast underground chamber protected by a formation. He approached the building at its center, and its enormous gate opened as soon as he touched it.

• Chen Mo woke badly injured, drank Spiritual Liquid and healing medicine, and used True Essence and Acupuncture Needles to recover enough to move.
• Chen Mo realized he was at the bottom of the dark lake, inside a brightly lit space sealed off by a combined formation containing a Mental Attack formation.
• Chen Mo examined the circular chamber, its Black Rock floor, and the large white-stone building at its center without using his Spiritual Sense.
• Chen Mo climbed the building’s tiered steps and touched its patterned double gate, which opened inward automatically.

Chen Mo was forcibly pulled into a dark building beneath the Underground Lake, where he met a mysterious White-Clothed Person. He recognized the enormous floor array as a star-grade transmission array and was left facing the stranger’s question about how he knew it.

• Chen Mo hesitated at the silent, massive doorway until a voice called him inside and an unseen force dragged him through, sealing the door behind him.
• A faint light revealed a vast, empty circular hall, where Chen Mo saw a White-Clothed Person waiting at its center.

Chen Mo escaped the Black Mist Great Mouth by fleeing into the Universe Bead, where he sent his pursuer into the Spirit Beast Breeding Zone. The black mist had begun recovering inside the treasure, but Chen Mo hoped the zone’s Soul Pressure would weaken it.

• The Black Mist Great Mouth continued devouring Chen Mo’s Spiritual Body, but pain awakened Chen Mo’s instincts and made him realize the black mist was gaining the upper hand.
• Chen Mo fled through his body, remembered the Universe Bead, and plunged inside it with the Black Mist Great Mouth in pursuit.

• Black Mist Great Mouth entered the Spirit Beast Breeding Zone and was knocked unconscious by the enormous figure’s Soul Pressure.
• Chen Mo waited for his Spiritual Body to recover, then pulled the unconscious White-Clothed Person out and began devouring him before sending him back into the zone.
