Background / History

The clan is led by Uchiha Sōgaku during Sen's childhood, with Fugaku positioned as his intended successor. Sōgaku attempts to bind the young Uchiha Sen to Fugaku through an increased subsidy and a place in Fugaku's personal squad; Sen refuses, openly challenging Fugaku's conciliatory view of the clan's relationship with Konoha. 4
