Just as Shion was immersed in the shock of the prophetic vision, a golden flash suddenly lit up the room without warning.
As the light vanished, a figure appeared in her room.
Shion's face drained of color. Thinking she had encountered an assassin, she instinctively opened her mouth to call for help.
"Don't be nervous. I won't hurt you." A gentle voice sounded, as though its owner had known Shion for many years.
Hearing that warm voice, Shion's vigilance unconsciously eased somewhat.
Then she focused her eyes and, by the faint moonlight spilling in through the window, made out the visitor's face.
Short blond hair, azure eyes, and a gentle smile.
The person before her looked exactly like the blond man who had brought light in her dream!
Shion's guard lowered further, but her confusion deepened.
The other person had just spoken with such familiarity, as if they had known each other for a long time. She could not help asking softly, "Who are you? What is your purpose in coming here?"
Naruto Uzumaki maintained a gentle smile as he looked directly into Shion's violet eyes and slowly said, "My name is Naruto Uzumaki, the Fifth Hokage of Konoha. I came here because I hope to bring a brand-new future to this Shinobi World filled with war and suffering."
