Those words were mockery, a declaration, and a brutal display of overwhelming superiority. He was the dragon towering above all things, while Hagoromo, Isshiki, the sages of the Three Great Sage Regions, and the surviving beings of the Shinobi World were all ants beneath his feet, there to be trampled and slaughtered at his whim.
No matter how they joined forces or struggled, they couldn't so much as shake him. They couldn't change their fate of being destroyed.
