"Clan Head Hiashi, there's an urgent matter on the Hokage's side. He needs the Byakugan's help!" Might Guy spoke rapidly, explaining the situation in just two sentences:

"The Nine-Tails has appeared again, and there's also a very powerful Genjutsu user!"

Might Guy was exceptionally anxious, yet the two people seated facing each other in the room did not move in the slightest.

The only thing that gave him some comfort was Hyuga Hiashi raising his head and looking into his eyes. He had never seen so much emotion on the Hyuga Clan Head's face before.

"If Uchiha Itachi has returned, shouldn't the Hokage seek her help instead?"

Before she could fully block the Water Dragon Bullet Technique, the Third Hokage continued his counterattack. The thoroughly soaked earthen wall turned into mud, and the soft, rotten sludge began to writhe.

She did not care in the least about the Anbu and civilian ninja lying unconscious around them, but the Third Hokage cared about those people deeply.
