The Demon Dragon's Might
When Bi Fan met up with Hua Yunfeng and the others, he left Hua Yunfeng, Hua Yunxiao, and the rest stunned.
"Brother Bi, have you dealt with the Dark Demon experts?" Hua Yunfeng asked. That was what he cared about most.
"Don't worry. I led them far away. Those two Dark Demon experts shouldn't come after us," Bi Fan said with a smile.
Hua Yunxiao smiled. "Prefect Bi Fan, you truly are capable. Still, we should be careful. What if those two Dark Demon experts come back? Wouldn't we lose our men? I don't think we should split up for now. We should stay cautious and move together."
"Young Master Hua Yunxiao is right. We should be cautious about everything." Bi Fan knew Hua Yunxiao didn't entirely trust him, but he didn't mind. He couldn't very well tell everyone that he had subdued the two Dark Demon experts. Even if he did, he doubted anyone would believe him.
So they joined forces and continued onward.
Over the next three days, Hua Yunfeng and the others encountered a group of Demon Realm experts. There weren't many enemies, and they scattered them after a fight.
As they pursued the Demon Realm experts, their defenses weren't particularly tight, but the Dark Demon experts never appeared. That put Hua Yunfeng and Hua Yunxiao considerably at ease.
"Senior Brother Hua Yunfeng, it looks like the Dark Demon experts really are gone," Hua Yunfeng said.
"It's great that the Dark Demon experts haven't followed us. In that case, let's split up again. That way, we can gain more," Hua Yunxiao said with a smile.
Lately, they hadn't gained much while traveling together.
"Good. Let's do as before: split up, but support each other," Hua Yunfeng said happily.
"Good. It's settled!"
And so
