The steward stopped. "Young Mansion Lord, please go ahead."
"Luo Tian and Luo Zhong joined the Heavenly Fire Adventure Group more than two years ago. They used to send letters with updates every so often, so why haven't we heard from them lately?"
The steward replied, "In his last letter, Luo Zhong said Young Master Luo Tian was in seclusion, trying to break through to the next cultivation level. He probably hasn't come out yet. Also, many members of the Heavenly Fire Adventure Group went to the Northern Border, to the ruins of a place called Lie Huo Sect."
"Could Luo Zhong have gone into the ruins? Maybe that's why he hasn't written back."
Luo Shu nodded. "It's possible. But it's been a long time. Besides, didn't they say the Lie Huo Sect ruins exploded in the end? Could he have failed to escape?"
"Well..." The steward gave a wry smile. "I don't think so."
"Go find out what happened. Better yet, get in touch with Luo Tian. That good-for-nothing Luo Zhong has been there so long and only managed to become the deputy captain of the eleventh team. Luo Tian is the one who's dependable; he's already the captain of the third team. In time, it would be even better if we sent more people to join the Heavenly Fire Adventure Group."
"Spread the word: increase the fees on the shops run by the city's residents. We've worked so hard to build ties with the Heavenly Fire Adventure Group. We'll need to send more people into the group in the future, and money is the best way to smooth the path!"
The steward nodded, then asked with some confusion, "Young Mansion Lord, why has the Mansion Lord been trying to get close to the Heavenly Fire
