Beneath the Heavenly Tribulation
Beneath ink-dark clouds, streaks of purple-silver lightning rolled through the sky. At last, a bolt as thick as a wrist came crashing down onto the Black Giant Tiger, accompanied by an explosive roar.
The Black Tiger raised its head and faced the strike head-on. It let out a furious roar, as if defiantly challenging the Heavenly Tribulation.
Soon, purple-silver lightning gathered in the thick clouds. Moments later, it burst forth with a crackling howl, and a second thunderbolt came crashing down.
Just like that, the purple lightning and the Black Giant Tiger began to clash. One side sought to shatter its opponent by sheer force; the other stubbornly refused to be brought down.
Gradually, wounds appeared on the Black Tiger. Its glossy black fur, once gleaming, was now smeared with blood. And only a quarter of an hour had passed.
Yet the lightning above the mountaintop seemed only now to be getting down to business.
Every bolt that came crashing down was as thick as an arm—forceful, violent, and terrifying.
Bi Fan stared at the scene, his eyes filled with awe.
So this was the Heavenly Tribulation?

The middle-aged man stood at the front of the group, silently watching the Black Tiger battle the lightning. Deep in his eyes lay a look of surprise.
He had guessed that this ferocious beast was powerful, but he hadn't known it was powerful to this extent. The greater one's strength, the more ferocious the heavenly lightning during
