Time flew by as they immersed themselves in cultivation. In Heaven's Will Forest, the sun rose and set, and before they knew it, three days had passed. Teams from other Adventure Groups gradually began arriving at the central battlefield.
Bi Fan's You Rong Adventure Group had chosen a spot near the southern edge of the central battlefield early on to cultivate. The first team to arrive was a group of people all dressed in black.
Their leader was a tall, powerfully built young man with a broad back and thick waist. His features were deep-set and dark, and he carried a strong northwestern air.
Bi Fan glanced at him indifferently and paid him no further attention.
He wasn't the sort to go looking for trouble with people at the central battlefield unless they provoked him first.
The tall young man spotted Bi Fan and his group too, and a flicker of excitement flashed in his eyes.
He tightened his grip on the enormous heavy sword in his hand and started forward, but someone behind him called out, "Big brother, that person looks like Bi Fan!"
"Bi Fan?" The burly young man paused. "The Bi Fan everyone's been talking about lately?"
The man nodded earnestly. "Yes. I've seen his portrait. That's what he looks like!"
The burly young man couldn't help taking another look. "How old is he? Why does he look so young?"
The other man gave a wry smile and scratched his head. "Well, I'm not too sure about that either."
The two muttered to each other, oblivious to the tiny bug perched on a blade of grass not far away.
Zheng Shi'an relayed their conversation to Bi Fan. The latter merely smiled faintly and paid it no further mind.
