"That aura—this is bad!"
The Evil Emperor rose to his feet, his vast aura filling the entire palace.
All the evil race members inside the palace shuddered, staring at the Evil Emperor in astonishment.
This was the first time they had ever seen the Evil Emperor react so strongly.
They trembled beneath his aura, staring at him in terror.
Under countless gazes, the Evil Emperor swept his eyes across the hall, his gaze sharp and fierce.
"Pass down my order: summon every member of the evil race. Prepare to launch an all-out assault on the human race!"
All the Evil Emperors shuddered, staring at him in astonishment.
They saw the Evil Emperor gazing into the distance, toward the human race's Imperial Pass. Murderous intent blazed in his eyes.
"Yes!"
One by one, the Evil Emperors answered, bowing their heads to him.
Then they transformed into streaks of black evil energy and vanished from the palace. In the end, only the Evil Emperor remained in the vast hall.
He continued to gaze toward the Imperial Pass, his eyes as deep as a black hole.
"Ascender!"
The words left his lips.
At the human race's border passes, the areas before the fortifications were now utterly silent. Ever since the evil race had withdrawn, it had made no further attacks—not even sending any troops to harass them.
The soldiers at the passes began to sense that something was amiss.
Still, they didn't think much of it. The evil race had probably been beaten so badly that it no longer dared to come back.
