A Soul Whale Ambushed
Ling Xiaoxiao silently piloted the Spirit Shuttle Boat. Everyone aboard sat in silence, the atmosphere heavy.
Tong Yixiao struggled to his feet, patted Jin Shanshan's shoulder bitterly, and sighed as he tried to comfort him. "Brother Bi is loyal and righteous. I'm sure Heaven will look out for him and keep him safe!"
Jin Shanshan opened his mouth, but couldn't utter a word. There was only one thought in his mind: if something happened to Bi Fan, he wouldn't be able to go on living, either.

Wu Qianqian couldn't hold back her tears. She turned her head so no one would see, but she couldn't escape Ling Xiaoxiao's gaze. Ling Xiaoxiao drew a light breath and spoke while watching everyone from the corner of her eye. "Bi Fan is still alive."
At her words, everyone's eyes widened in disbelief, yet every one of them looked at her with hope.
Jin Shanshan sprang to his feet, his large red eyes brimming with tears. He asked excitedly, "Really? Big Brother is really all right?"
"Mm." Ling Xiaoxiao nodded, her voice calm. "His aura is still there, and he doesn't seem to have suffered any injuries. It's still very steady. I have no idea how that guy managed it."
Relieved, Jin Shanshan couldn't help shouting. Wu Qianqian immediately snapped, "Don't make another sound! What if another Giant Whale comes? We don't have a second Big Brother to go out there and take it on!"
