Jin Shanshan, standing nearby, couldn't help asking, "Little Ancestor Aunt, we've been looking at it all day. Are we still going down?"
"Of course we are." She turned and smiled brightly. "But someone has to lead the way."
He froze. That smile made him feel a little uneasy, and he instinctively ducked behind Xi Boyun. "If someone's going to lead the way, it should be someone strong enough to make sure everything goes smoothly. How about Brother Xuanzhi?"
Apart from her, Feng Xuanzhi was undoubtedly the strongest among them.
At this, Feng Xuanzhi merely smiled. "I'll follow Miss Xiao Xiao's arrangements."
Ling Xiaoxiao shot Jin Shanshan a glance and snorted. "Coward. Never mind, I wasn't counting on you anyway. You're the Golden Crow Clan's only remaining seed. I'd rather go myself than send you into danger."

"Give it a rest. Stand farther back." She rolled her eyes and turned her gaze to Xi Jing. "I may have to trouble you to lead the way."
