Dragon Clan Awakens
Little Dragon Cub stared at the seal before it, a surge of defiance welling up inside. After years of simmering resentment, bitterness, and oppression, was this really how it would all end?
Unwilling to accept it, it threw back its head and roared. As its voice tore through the air, a faint purple glow rose from deep underground and quietly slipped into its body.
In an instant, a powerful aura of the Dragon Clan rippled through it!
The aura surged fiercely, joining with the Ancient Seal Release as it descended. Together, they smashed through the seal that had bound the underground passage for tens of thousands of years, as easily as a sharp blade splitting bamboo!
Then came a thunderous crash. The space in the passage shuddered as if some enormous creature hidden underground had rolled over and risen to its feet.
Huge boulders shattered, and mountainsides crumbled one after another. Like mountains collapsing and the earth splitting apart, the entire range shook as it caved in around them.
As heaven and earth cracked apart in this sudden upheaval, the skies over the Dragon Severing Mountain Range had already transformed.
The brilliant sunlight was blotted out in an instant by dark clouds. Thick layers piled overhead like ink, stacking up like mountain peaks and pressing down toward the ground.
Thick bolts of lightning flashed through them. A thunderclap split the air, followed by howling winds and torrential rain.
With an overwhelming force, the storm lashed at this mountain range, where not a single drop of rain had fallen in many years.
Suddenly, amid the earth-shaking turmoil and the violent storm, a deep dragon's rumble rang out across the entire region. It was faint and obscure, yet unmistakable.
