Bi Fan's expression turned grave as he rapidly tried to determine where the aura came from. The most reasonable explanation was that it came from the Inner Core.
What surprised him was that the faint aura was completely unfamiliar. It didn't belong to the host of the Inner Core! For a moment, he was stunned.
Just as the two men were growing impatient, Xuan Chen's figure drifted out of Bi Fan's Sea of Soul and hovered to one side. He silently studied Tang Xiaoli for a moment before saying in a low voice, "That aura is inside the Inner Core."
"Inside the Inner Core?" Bi Fan turned to him in surprise. "But why are their auras completely different?"
Xuan Chen shook his head and explained, "The aura is attached to the Inner Core, but it doesn't belong to its host."
The two men were briefly taken aback, but soon understood what was happening. Tang Yunting immediately pressed him, "Whose aura is it? What is it trying to do? If this continues, will Xiaoli be in danger?"
