Only one person in the entire Shinobi World could heal his arm: Tsunade.
At the thought of Tsunade, a flicker of reminiscence quickly passed through Orochimaru's golden eyes.
Come to think of it, he hadn't seen Tsunade in more than a decade.
"Lord Orochimaru."
Just then, Guren appeared beside Orochimaru and respectfully said, "Hinata has been settled in."
Orochimaru gave a strange laugh. "What do you think of that girl's aptitude?"
"Nothing out of the ordinary."
After saying that, Guren added, "Or maybe I'm just not seeing anything special."
Orochimaru muttered, "The Byakugan of the Main Family heir is exceptionally pure. Only by becoming the Tenseigan can its true potential be unlocked."
The Sunagakure army.
Inside the enormous tent, all the jōnin wore grim expressions.
"This is simply too much."
"They don't take our Sunagakure seriously at all."
Everyone voiced their indignation, talking over one another and arguing back and forth.
Chiyo suddenly opened her cloudy eyes. Her imposing presence silenced everyone.
"I'd like to turn every one of you into puppets. At least then I'd get some peace and quiet."
If anyone else had said that, the Sunagakure leaders in the tent would have erupted in fury. But it was Chiyo who had spoken, so they could only listen quietly.
"Our Sunagakure is the only shinobi village that never accepted the First's handout and captured Tailed Beasts on our own."
"Now both Kazekage have disappeared. This is a disgrace."
"Can all your arguing here really produce a solution?"
Every Sunagakure shinobi lowered their head.
That included Sasori's subordinate, Yura. His face flushed red, and he looked thoroughly ashamed.
"Big sister, you should say a little less, too. The most urgent matter now is choosing the Sixth and negotiating peace with Kumogakure."
"I already have a suitable candidate for Sixth."
