Chapter Summaries

Neji took Kaguya back toward Earth while the Sage of Six Paths investigated her broken seal. In Kumogakure, Madara and Hashirama fought, and Madara defeated Hashirama and revealed his plan to cast Infinite Tsukuyomi before Black and White Zetsu warned that trouble was brewing.

• Neji convinced Kaguya to return to Earth with him, promising her the second Ten-Tails once they found Isshiki.
• The Sage of Six Paths sensed that Kaguya's seal had broken and opened a space-time vortex to investigate.
• Obito escaped Hashirama with Kamui, then summoned Madara using Impure World Reincarnation.
• Madara and Hashirama left Kumogakure and battled in a distant valley, where Madara's meteors overwhelmed Hashirama's Wood Release techniques.

After Neji crippled and disarmed Isshiki, he reminded Kaguya that she had promised to fulfill her end of their agreement, and she approached Isshiki to finish him.
