My brother came back to his senses, too. He seemed to be reassuring me, though maybe he was reassuring himself as well. He let out a long breath, then said slowly, "That's right. Our suits are made with super fibers. I heard they used this material for the space elevator back then. It won't wear through, so there's nothing to be afraid of."
