When Wang Yue arrived, he saw a greasy-looking man in a trench coat grinning as he cornered a high school-aged girl against a wall.
The man had opened his trench coat and was facing the girl. Whatever terrifying thing he was hiding inside had left her so frightened she couldn't move.
