Wang Yue had only meant to go along with it for a while and be done with it. After all, he might leave the Qingyun Sect because of his plans at any time. But after hearing Tian Buyi's lofty words about establishing a heart for Heaven and Earth, establishing life for the people, and continuing the lost teachings for past sages, he felt that perhaps this didn't conflict with his plans.
On the night they became disciples, Song Daren taught Wang Yue the first level of the Tai Chi Xuan Qing Dao. He told Wang Yue to memorize it well and study it after he finished chopping bamboo. Once he mastered the first level, Song Daren would teach him the second.
Wang Yue
