Miao Miaomiao paused, then asked in confusion, "Why does the teacher want to see me?"
Shi Miao couldn't hold back any longer and said irritably, "Obviously, Shi Fen got into trouble again."

Shi Miao hadn't expected Miaomiao to say that. She followed the thought for a moment, then couldn't help shuddering as if she'd come into contact with something filthy.
She hurriedly waved her hands and said emphatically, "No, no, no! Your brother's perfect for you to keep safely tucked away. Don't bring him out where someone might steal him."
Miaomiao seemed not to realize Shi Miao was joking. She nodded foolishly, looking very much in agreement, then happily headed to the teachers' office.
After Miaomiao had left, Wang Yue pretended to look puzzled and said, "I've heard that once a woman takes an interest in a man, it's only a matter of time before she falls for him. You care so much about Shi Fen. Something about this just doesn't seem right."
