Because it was a Western restaurant, where things were usually quiet, the girl's rapid-fire remarks were suddenly heard by everyone in the place. Every eye turned to Na Jun!
Some looked condemning, others contemptuous or disdainful. Na Jun, who considered himself an elite, felt utterly humiliated.
Li Xiaoyue was getting farther and farther away. If Na Jun chased after her now, it would only confirm what his blind-date had said, leaving him with no choice but to awkwardly wait for the server to bring the bill.
