Lin Wufeng was a shrewd man. He knew there was no point beating around the bush when discussing business with a superior, so he got straight to the point. "Director, I have a compressor design here. Could you take a look and tell me whether our factory can make it?"
Director An took the notebook from Lin Wufeng and said with a smile, "Engineer Lin, you're one of the best technicians at the factory. If you've looked it over and think we can make it, then we definitely can."
Although he said that, he still studied the design very carefully. But after only a short while, he exclaimed in surprise,
"Huh! This design is brilliant!"

Lin Wufeng smiled and explained, "Director, don't let Little Yue's age fool you. He's always gotten perfect marks. He's the most promising student at First High School. If he hadn't refused to skip grades and gone off to study other things on his own, he'd probably already be at Qing University.
"If Little Yue's design works, we could build
