Lin Jiamo thought Wang Yue was angry. She hurriedly waved her hands and said, "Don't. I'm nowhere near as popular as you! The class won't listen to me!"
She wasn't joking.
When Wang Yue had first taken over as class monitor, hardly anyone except Lin Jiamo and Fang Hui cooperated with him. Things only got a little better after the class meeting, and even then, the others clearly still weren't convinced.
It was only after Wang Yue started telling stories that more people began cooperating because they enjoyed them.
Lin Jiamo thought this class was far too hard to manage. Making Wang Yue angry over a position like this would be a terrible trade.
Wang Yue didn't push her. He turned to everyone and said, "Fang Hui, find somewhere with a photocopier this weekend and make three copies of your script.
"I'll figure out how many voice actors we need. We'll meet in the classroom this weekend."
"Monitor, can we come watch even if we're not doing voice work?"
"Yeah! We want to hear it live!"
Everyone was eager. When Wang Yue had apparently planned to quietly record with just a few people, they quickly spoke up.
Wang Yue didn't turn down their enthusiasm. He simply said,
"Fine. Anyone who wants to come can come. We'll hold auditions together and decide as a group who's right for the parts. How about that?"
"Sounds good!"
Almost in unison, the students who usually enjoyed listening to the story agreed.
Once they'd made their plans, Wang Yue couldn't just sit around. He needed to speak with the Director of Student Affairs. Otherwise, they wouldn't be allowed into the school on the weekend.
Before that, Wang Yue needed to look over the script Fang Hui had written and see whether they could use it
