"Just this once."
Going Premium Notice
That's right, I was going premium again.
This was probably the best-performing book I'd ever written. Before it went premium, it had sixteen thousand bookmarks, over a thousand recommendation votes a day, and fifty or sixty monthly votes a day...
It just had very, very few tips.
But that was perfectly normal. After all, I was short and weak. I was already immensely grateful if anyone was willing to tip me.
I said it was my best performance yet, but I'd actually only written two books. As long as this one did better than the last, it would be the best I'd ever done. It wasn't exactly some great achievement.
Oh, right, I should thank Boss Myriad Calamity Fire, who did absolutely nothing. Her book was called "I'm Really Not the Evil God's Lackey." I binge-read it for five days straight and kept reading the title as "I'm Really Not the Evil God's Bootlicker." When I told her in the group chat, she made me apologize in my premium-launch notice.
I mistook lackey for bootlicker. I apologize.
I'd also like to thank the big shots who did some tiny bit of work: Chong Ya, author of "My Female Ghost Is Stuck Inside the TV"; Aozaki Qingyi, author of "My Girlfriend Is Shokuhou Misaki"; Fallen Leaf, author of "Me, an Interesting Woman"; Zhiming Hui, author of "Arknights' Doctor Is Capable of Anything"; and Purple Shadow, author of "The Matter of My Reincarnation as a Virtual Idol."
One more thing: I helped Purple Shadow pick the parts for his new computer—3600 plus 2070S. If he got addicted to Monster Hunter and started slacking off, please don't kill me.
If any readers came from their side, feel free to identify yourselves. Let me see.
Oh, and there
