When Kiana had just escaped from Changkong City, she had gone there personally as the academy principal to investigate.

After suddenly falling unconscious, she had obtained this stigmata.

Even Theresa herself had nearly forgotten.

This soothing presence seemed to come from someone extremely close to her, and it was quite effective. Theresa's restless emotions immediately began to gradually calm.

She saw a crack.

It was as wide as six lanes, and Theresa passed through it without any effort.

There seemed to be another world inside.

Theresa felt her whole body grow lighter. In an instant, the seawater that had been enveloping her vanished.

This was a cave.

As far as the eye could see, there was nothing but rock. Theresa pondered for a moment and took a breath of the stale air in the cave, wondering if she had found the wrong place again. She shook her head and cast aside the ridiculous thought. With Theresa's investigative abilities, that was impossible.

Besides, she really had caught the scent of Honkai energy fluctuations.

So ancient, so faint.

Theresa shook out her soaked nun's habit, wrung out her long silver hair, and began making her way down the passage while investigating as she walked.

The farther she went, the denser those Honkai energy fluctuations became.

Chiyou was like a floating battleship. Its entire body was about the size of an island, and its heart was not the kind of heart ordinary people understood. It was more like a high-powered Honkai energy furnace, fueled entirely by Honkai energy crystals.

Theresa felt some heat on her back.

She did not think much of it and continued onward.

A massive boulder blocked Theresa's path.

There was no way forward in any direction, and retreat seemed to be her only option. Naturally, that was impossible.
