There was no time to think. Under Raven Blade's panicked gaze, Zhao Bai climbed up with a savage grin, Jie Mie Greatsword in hand. Though his black-rimmed glasses gave him a steady, composed air, to Raven Blade, he looked like a butcher.
A butcher who slaughtered chickens.
Raven Blade was so frightened that she hurriedly took flight, twisting and darting through the air.
But sadly, the unease in her heart did not lessen as she flew. Instead, it kept piling up.
She could not bear it at all.

"Running away and resisting have no future. Hurry up and surrender."
Raven Blade heard someone say that.
She looked down. Jie Mie Greatsword blazed with fire, its tip always pointed at her. She could not escape, nor was there anywhere to escape to.
Surrender was impossible.
She could only fight to the death.
She brandished Raven Blade and dove downward, her entire body surrounded by things like black feathers. A pale gray energy field enveloped her, and the black-and-gray blade gleamed with a bloody light.
"Take this!"
Zhao Bai raised the greatsword with both hands, seized the right moment, and smashed it down hard.

All defenses collapsed in an instant.
Zhao Bai sheathed his sword in satisfaction and lifted up Raven Blade, who had been smashed senseless. Her head spun as she shook it, completely unaware of what had happened.
"It's wonderful that you understood the greater good and came to surrender."
