Once they emerged aboveground and released Nature Integration, Tsunade returned to her usual self: Konoha's Fifth Hokage, one of the legendary Sannin, the Medical Saint renowned throughout the Shinobi World, and Wu Yu's teacher. She no longer laughed and joked quite so freely.
The Hokage merely smiled faintly, waved to Wu Yu, and leaped away, returning to her office to resume work.
With a poof, Wu Yu used Transformation Jutsu again, restoring his disguise.
He glanced at Tsunade's departing figure and recalled how, after returning from his last mission to find Orochimaru, he had suddenly noticed that she looked younger than she had over a year earlier. He had been away for quite a few days, and the change had crept up unnoticed.
When they first met, Tsunade had looked to be in her early thirties. Now she looked twenty-four or twenty-five at most.
