Outside the Dragon Tomb, everyone stared intently at the vast white mist. Their expressions were all unusually solemn, though each had different thoughts.
Just as everyone held their breath and the scene fell silent,
two resounding dragon roars suddenly rang out from within the mist.
Immediately afterward, two figures began swirling through the mist, and the expressions on everyone's faces shifted.
"It looks like he's already summoned the Dragon Soul."
"No doubt about it. The Dragon Souls are fighting each other."
"Wasn't there a problem with the Dragon Tomb? How can he still summon a Dragon Soul?"
"Heh, he can summon it all right. It's just that the way it looks..." The speaker couldn't help shaking his head.
"Whether he succeeds or not depends on his ability."
Inside the Dragon Tomb, Yu Xiaogang sat cross-legged before a grave with his eyes closed. His expression was calm, but his mind was racing through countless calculations.
Above him, two figures continued to fight each other.
Yu Xiaogang controlled the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon, fending off the Pale Dragon Corpse's attacks while repeatedly striking its body with a pair of Dragon Claws infused with pure Soul Power, sending Soul Power into it.
Guided by Yu Xiaogang's Spirit Power, the Soul Power coursed through the Dragon Corpse's muscles and bones, beginning to organize and repair the paths along which its Soul Power flowed.
With each infusion of Soul Power, the Pale Dragon Corpse's movements grew slower. A faint, crystalline blue sheen gradually spread across its body, and some of its torn, rotting wounds began to heal.
Though the white mist kept the people outside the Dragon Tomb from seeing what was happening inside, they could observe the two figures moving through it. They, too, noticed that the fighting was beginning to die down.
