Star City, Farewell

Dawn Year 617.

The second year after Feng Qi completed the Mechanical Nanobots transformation.

Over the course of that year, Feng Qi conducted detailed data and capability tests on his new body.

The new body formed from aggregated Mechanical Nanobots granted him many formidable abilities.

Devouring elemental energy, reducing elemental damage, splitting Mental Consciousness Bodies, nano-mimicry... every one of these abilities was outstanding.

Although it was far inferior to the genuine Little Black, its abilities had already made it a replica of Little Black.

This Mechanical Nanobots body had been enormously expensive to create, but it also granted him strength far beyond the current Ten Gods of War of humanity.

While his mental consciousness was split, he could not truly die unless every Mechanical Nanobot was destroyed, making his life force even more tenacious.

In battle, he could also freely alter his combat form like Little Black.

This was Feng Qi's only time obtaining a long lifespan and combat power without relying on cultivation or training. It counted as taking a shortcut in his growth.

After completing the Mechanical Nanobots transformation, Feng Qi continued to focus on the construction of Dawn City.

Time came to Dawn Year 667.

That year, the vast majority of Dawn City's infrastructure had been completed. What remained was the continued refinement of its cultivation facilities.

Feng Qi therefore decided to officially launch the migration plan for Star City's human population.

But population migration was clearly not something that could be completed in a short time. The first thing he did was lift Dawn City's residency restrictions.

Before this, Dawn City had always remained closed to the public.

Although Star City residents knew of Dawn City's existence, they had to submit an application and provide a detailed explanation for why they wanted to go there.
