Pucci felt baffled by the remark, but paid it no mind and continued watching Dio and Jotaro's battle intently.

Wild Dio grinned viciously. With a thought, his Stand, The World, appeared. He spread his arms and stopped time.
"A world that belongs to me alone."
Wild Dio walked toward Jotaro, looking him up and down. He gave a cold snort, a trace of amusement crossing his face.
"You're a pretty strong human, but unfortunately, you haven't trained in the Ripple. You're still nowhere near my level."
With that, Dio pushed off the ground and leaped forward, powering up his right arm as he slammed a heavy blow toward Jotaro's chest.
"Don't underestimate me, Dio!"
Jotaro's fingers twitched as he regained the ability to move. He twisted aside, narrowly dodging Dio's deadly attack, and taunted him softly.
