In this chapter, Iggy attempts to assassinate Dawn using his Stand, The Fool, but fails. Dawn, being an Ultimate Lifeform, easily consumes and digests The Fool. Iggy, in a desperate attempt to escape, is stopped by Diego Brando using his Stand, The World. Dawn then offers Iggy a chance to become stronger and applies a drop of Kars' blood to Iggy's Stone Mask, transforming him into a powerful, humanoid dragon-like creature, surpassing his previous form as a dog.
