Ye Qingxian's gaze never settled on any one spot.
I always felt a faint, persistent discomfort, as if someone were secretly watching me.
Ye Qingxian's cave abode was spacious. Before we even stepped into the Living Room, we could see plenty of beautiful scenery.
A lone pavilion stood by the lake, with no other unnecessary sights nearby.
I gazed quietly at the pavilion ahead, feeling its solitude, as if it already possessed the whole autumn landscape.
"Ye Qingxian."
I stood with my hands clasped behind my back, then abruptly turned around, staring straight at her.

Who knew how Ye Qingxian had managed to pursue me for so long through one "not contradictory" after another?
Or how she'd made me grind my teeth with hatred time and again through all those "not contradictory" things?
This time, the love-filled chicken soup hadn't worked. I was so upset that I still hadn't recovered.
Ye Qingxian noticed me sitting down in the pavilion.
"Let's go inside. It's a little chilly out here." She quietly formed a hand seal, changing the temperature of the breeze passing through.
I could even feel wisps of warmth by the lake.
Not long after, I suddenly lifted my head and stared at Ye Qingxian in a daze.
"Still feeling bad?" Ye Qingxian asked bluntly.
I blinked and played dumb. "What are you talking about?"
Ye Qingxian fell silent
