After leaving Moryo behind, Obito and Zetsu left Shinnō's lair.
They came to a cliff outside. Obito glanced back, then instructed Zetsu beside him, "Shinnō isn't as simple as we thought. Keep an eye on him from now on, and make sure nothing goes wrong."
Zetsu asked, "What's wrong with him?"
"He's not an ordinary physician." Obito paused, then recalled Moryo's assessment. "He must have trained in some kind of secret technique. His physique is much stronger than an ordinary person's."
"A secret technique?"
Zetsu seemed to think of something.
Obito turned his face and glanced at Zetsu.
Zetsu quickly said, "There were some rumors in the black market before. They said that guy was a very capable spy who once infiltrated Konoha's vault and stole some secret techniques."
Obito narrowed his eyes. "Is that so?"
Zetsu shrugged. "It might just be a rumor."
There were plenty of rumors like that in the black market.
Most of them were false, and some had even been deliberately spread by the various shinobi villages for their own purposes.
"In any case, keep a close eye on him!" After giving the order, Obito asked, "Have you found out who those two Uchiha clan members Nagato secretly recruited are?"
Zetsu shook his head. "I haven't found a single clue. Those guys probably aren't staying in Amegakure."
"I figured as much!" Obito said with a dark expression. "An Uchiha who awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan couldn't possibly be unknown. We must be overlooking something. Keep investigating—I want to know who they are!"
Itachi and Juzo Biwa had watched the battle in the town's main street and witnessed Karin use the red 'Susanoo.' Obito had also seen the golden 'Susanoo' Shinji used while fighting Moryo.
