A furtive figure watched the place for a long while. At last, under cover of night, he darted inside the black market, which was disguised as a dance hall.
He crossed the bustling dance floor and came to a hidden door, then knocked.
A sharp voice soon came from inside. "Who is it?"
The furtive figure lowered his voice. "I was sent by One-Eyed Dragon!"
After a moment, the door opened. The black market's proprietor glanced at the figure outside, then stepped aside. "Come in."
Once they were inside, the proprietor studied him carefully. "Business has been bad lately. The Five Great Shinobi Villages are searching for us like mad, so the black market's bounties have been suspended. If you want to make money, try somewhere else."
"I'm here to give you money," the furtive figure said.
The proprietor frowned. "Give me money?"
"I want to buy information!"
